I just woke up a few days ago and really wanted to do a pencil-work piece. I think I was getting a bit bored of the simpler style of drawing I do for ATC's. Anyway, this was page two of my Cosmo magazine and I decided to draw her. I'm not telling you which celebrity it actually it, because the picture looks nothing like her (I thinned the whole face down by accident), but I'm really happy with how the picture turned out overall.

It is actually a LOT larger than an ATC, and I would appreciate advise on ways to improve with my pencil work if you have any.

the only critique i can think of is that one eye seems larger than the other.

I like the energy and texture, it looks like each surface has a different feeling to it

Rather nice work! I'm not going to hazard a guess. She looks familiar but my celebrity-identifying skills are minimal at best. Try shading her eyes a little more though, they're currently very stark and white against her face.
